beautiful old riad in the centre of the medina near place outa al hammam. completely "quality-restored" respecting form, age, materials, etc. new electric, water, all walls new- done in old craftmanship. very nice new terrace- view on the old medina, kasbah and the countryside- everything new- lightbeton floor- roofs and surrounding walls with old tiles etc. new fassade house-front and 2 small roofs- old windows and woodwork- and an antik recently fixed old traditional wooden door. we stopped work- right before decoration decicions. some floors and colors have to be made jet to the taste of the new owners.
